Richard W. Moore
Richard W. Moore has been practicing law in Maryland
since 1965. Dick graduated from Loyola College in 1962 with a B.A. in
Political Science, and received his L.L.B. from the University of Baltimore
School of Law in 1965. Admitted to Maryland Bar 1965. Listed in Martindale
Hubbell’s Bar Register of Preeminent Lawyers. Practice concentrations
include representing and advising closely-held businesses, estate planning,
immigration law, personal injury, and administrative law. Dick has practiced
before all state and federal courts and is admitted to the United States
Supreme Court. Dick has been selected for the past 10 years by UBS Financial Services, Inc. to its Estate Planning Attorney Network, through which he advises
UBS Financial advisors and their wealthy clients on estate planning
issues. Dick regularly speaks to large groups on various estate planning
topics. Dick enjoys golf and spending time with his wife Sherrie and his 6 grandchildren.

Richard
W. Moore, Jr. has been practicing law since 1992. Rick graduated from
the University of Richmond cum laude in 1984 with a B.S. in Business
Administration, concentration in accounting. Recipient of Ernst &
Whinney (now Ernst & Young) accounting scholarship and the E. Claiborne
Robins School of Business scholarship. Named to Who’s Who Among
Students in American Colleges and Universities. Passed Certified Public
Accountant exam 1987. Law Foundation Scholar, University of Baltimore,
1987. Practice concentrations include immigration law, estate and tax
planning, estate administration (probate), real estate and personal
injury. Rick enjoys golf, Ravens football, travel, volunteer work and
spending time with his wife Michele and three daughters.
Varun Luthra, Law Clerk
Varun Luthra, a native of New Delhi, India, recently graduated from Pennsylvania State University Dickinson School of Law where he earned his Master of Laws degree in Comparative Law while graduating near the top of his class. He feels that the practice of law is the ideal profession for him, with his strong sense of justice and fair play, and provides an opportunity for him to interact with people and make a difference in their lives.
Varun obtained his B.A. degree from St. Stephen's College, Delhi University, one of the preeminent colleges in India, where he majored in Political Science and Economics. He earned his Bachelor's of Laws degree with honors from India's Bundelkhand University. While pursuing his LL.B., Varun worked with some of the top tier law firms in New Delhi. After graduating from the law school he decided to come to the U.S.A. for higher education in the field of Law.
Varun's hobbies include listening to music, playing tennis, cricket, golf and hiking. He will sit for the New York Bar exam in February 2008 and the Maryland Bar exam in July 2008.
